In Brief: When you are in Edit Mode, RackForms will take all text fields with more than 20 characters and place that text into a HTML textarea object. To expand the text area out to a much larger size, click this button once to expand, then click again to shrink to the original size.

The end result of this expand process is that it's much easier to edit the longer text fields than would be possible with the default text fields.
