In Brief: If you are in Edit Mode, all text fields will turn into text or text area fields, depending on how much text the fields contains. In either case, to edit the contents of a field, click your mouse into the field and type. To save the change to the database, just hit tab or click out of the field. An internal AJAX call automatically saves the change.
